Totally useless, unprofessional company.. Didn’t turn up with my rental vehicle today as agreed and confirmed by 3 separate texts through VRG and have now cancelled my booking on totally spurious grounds that I was rude to them which I wasn't albeit understandably annoyed for messing me about. This is not my first dealing with AMT with a similar experience so I will definitely NOT be using them again. They seem totally ignore their responsibilities to look after customers and put themselves first and it's more about what they can't/won't do than try and help you! I would strongly advise that you avoid using this company and save yourself the horrendous stress they've put me under in the past 24 hours. Wish I could give no stars.

Excellent service - two lovely guys, brilliant motor. Tyre pressures all over the place - no big deal but suggest this is on the check list before a vehicle goes out.
