I had a great experience with Leeds Motor Company from start to finish. The staff were incredibly polite and professional, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The salesperson even made my mum a cup of coffee while we were sorting everything out, which really showed their level of customer care. The car came with a first-month warranty included, giving me peace of mind, and they carried out a full check on the vehicle at their garage before I collected it. 1st time I have ever bought a vehicle without seeing or test driving it. Kevin was a pleasure to deal with and arranged delivery to the South of England which was dead on time. The car was almost perfect except for a small stone chip in the windscreen & their valet team could have done a better job of the interior. Otherwise, a lovely car in good condition for the age.
Probably my best car buying experience over last 30 years. Kevin was an absolute top guy. Great test drive and absolutely no pressure at any point along the way. Also got a good deal on part exchange. Would 💯 recommend 👍.
Can't fault the service first class. Kev who handled the sale was outstanding, made the whole process so easy. From entering Kevs office to the moment I drove off with my new car he explained every step and made what can be a stressful process a pleasure. Really friendly, helpful staff especially Nick who made the whole process easy and pain free. Car checked over, serviced and delivered to our home address in Gloucester.
