Brought a kia optima from these in December steve the sales man was great not pushy and left to test drive and make my own decision. I did however have a issue with the stop start on the vehicle rang and spoke to Paris who had arranged for the battery to be replaced straight away and resolved the issue I have currently got a issue with the clutch and again spoke to Paris who has arranged the clutch to be replaced on Saturday I can not fault this garage with communication and true to there word hopefully after the clutch has been replaced I will be trouble free motoring. Paris and Steve have been great from start to finish and would definitely buy from this garage again and recommend anyone wanting a trustworthy garage to buy from here. Saw a car that my son liked, rang to arrange a viewing and test drive. Spoke to Steve who was very helpful, and even sent me video of the car. When arriving i was given the keys by Kelly to have good look around the car and go for a test drive. Buying a used car is not always pleasurable , but I can't honestly say I have never had such a hassle free experience. Highly recommended. My son loves his 1st car 👍.

They allowed us to browse their cars without being pushy or breathing down our neck. Picked up my car today and I’m delighted with the service I received! Spoke to Steve once I’d chosen it who sent me a video of it after our call unprompted, which I thought was fantastic. It’s exactly how he described it! Had a test drive which was lovely. He went through the paperwork, road tax, warranty the lot and made it absolutely painless.
