Just picked up my Tesla Model Y from Players Car Leeds (James at players) and couldn’t be happier! The whole experience was smooth, professional, and super efficient from start to finish. The team were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process completely stress-free. Had a funny moment after the handover — I spent a good few minutes looking for the locking wheel nut, only to realise Teslas don’t actually have them! 😅 Overall, fantastic service and a great buying experience. Players cars amazing to deal with was so helpful in getting me in to my first car was so quick and easy just made the whole process such a hassle free enjoyable time. I dealt with Elliot and he was amazing answered at any time of the day and dealt with any issues I had raised on a minutes noticed and got everything booked in and sorted on the car so I could have it exactly how I wanted it couldn’t ask for anything more or better a real pleasure would 100% recommend them to everyone and anyone looking to get a new car 👍🏻

If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would! I started off speaking with Harry from players cars and from the get go he was very supportive and answered all the questions I had, he managed to find the car I wanted and the process was fast and reliable. The car js literally such a beauty! I would really recommend players cars, the best to do it!!!
