Recently bought a car from these guys, was effortless. Cars in excellent condition and runs like a dream done over 100 miles in it already only had it nearly 2 days. The guy waited after hours so I could collect the car. I would use these again. So far so good it’s refreshing to see after I’ve had 2 recent bad experiences buying faulty vehicles from dealers. I had a choice between 2 similar cars but decided to go to Srh Cars based on previous customer reviews. I'm so glad I did, Sunny was open, honest and a real pleasure to deal with. He was so accommodating and completed all outstanding work on the car to a high standard. The car itself was in a very good condition anyway and I'm so pleased we purchased from Sunny. Went to SRH Cars in Leeds to buy a gorgeous used Audi. It is absolutely immaculate and a really good price. We had to travel quite a way and got stuck in traffic, but the guys waited for us and definitely didn't rush us. They were honest about the condition and history of the car and didn't leave until we could drive away in it. This is the type of car dealer who give them a good name. We would definitely use them again and are happy to recommend them to anyone looking for an outstanding used car with excellent customer service.
I bought a bmw 3 series shadow edition last week and the whole customer service experience was 10/10. The car was prepped and fully valeted, all question were answered and it was a straight forward process with no issues and the car was also exactly as described in the advert. Would 100% buy from them again
