Horrible EXPERIENCE STAY AWAY! Purchased my car a year ago a bmw 1 series with 65k. At purchase got given a nice £200 discount I thought that’s nice. After I got the car it was in horrible condition after being promised a full valet and allow tlc GOT NON. Baring in mind I got it shipped to London. Then from day 1 the exhaust was very loud they said no issues. I said fine. But 6 months later coolant leak called they said they can’t do nothing go to warranty went there they did nothing. Got my service done after the coolant repair and the mechanic said it has not been touched in over a year which I was shocked because I was told service was done. He found black oil fluid!! Overall it was a horrible experience please don’t take their word and record any conversation!! 10/10/25 UPDATE I totally missed this response thought I’d add. It’s my fault my Gmail is just my initial however i definitely purchased the car from you guys I have provided the invoice down below. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!
