Ward Motors changed my whole outlook on buying a second hand car. I usually dread it due to pushy salesmen etc but not here. We were greeted by the owner Scott, on arrival who basically told us a few of the cars they had in after we explained what we were looking for and he left us to it. Immediately felt at ease not being followed around by someone. When we found the car we wanted to test drive he got the keys and off we went. On return we were offered a drink while we waited for the paperwork to start the process of reserving the car. We were then handed over to Adam, who is a credit to this place. Really friendly, honest and explained everything regarding the warranty etc. We had a few teething issues with the car but they resolved this within 2 weeks by replacing the battery and some tyre sensors. Again they were honest, immediately helped and assured us that it would be fixed which it was and touch wood, no issues since. Everyone we came into contact at with at ward motors has been fantastic and genuine, they made a usually stressful event very easy and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a secondhand car! I've been looking for a used car for a while. I have visited a few garages and at first overlooked this place. Big mistake, this is the place to go if you want to purchase a vehicle from a trustworthy company. My finance company recommended Ward Motor company as they are approved on their books. On the back of this I went to have a look at the stock. I was greeted by a guy who said quite freely go and have a look and it there is anything you need to know just ask..I had already seen a vehicle in was interested in so for me it was pretty easy. I left the finance company to do there thing and the next day went to sign and collect the vehicle. All in all it was a joyful experience. Adam who I think is the gaffa was there to do the paperwork and also talk me through everything but then also show me in more detail around the car. Adam did say any issues to pop in or call but all in all I got a genuine feeling things were gonna be ok and compared to a few other garages this went a long way... The icing on the cake was just a simple "thank you for buying from us, they appreciated it" . Never had a that from a garage before. Will definitely look to comeback here in the future. Would definitely say the rating on the door is one to be trusted.

Absolutely amazing, make the whole process easy, so helpful and very friendly even made a brew while waiting and looking around the car, absolutely over the moon with the car and drove it out of the showroom the same day, I'd definitely buy from them again.

Went in today to look at a Zafira Tourer, was blown away with how great the lads are. The car was in the bottom corner and when I asked if I could test drive they were more than happy to get it out and let try it. Professionalism can be lacking in car sales, these guys went above and beyond. No pressure and even when we hit a few issues, they knew what to do. All the cars looked amazing, well looked after and made me know I was buying from a good company who cares about their customers. Walked out with the Zafira, everything done and if I ever need a new vehicle, I know where to come now.
