Hired a van from here. I have never hired one before, so booked it a few nights prior to needing it to move house. I get there and customer service was good. Going through the checks etc, we discover that fat thumbs here had booked it for the next again week. Que huge panic for me. But.......I have to say Matt went far and dug me out of a hole and luckily had a van spare which I could take. It was greatly appreciated. I would recommend and use again no problem.

Alsolutley fantastic and straight forward service. Initially booked a van for 2 days, by far the easiest van booking process. Needed to extend for another day, and it took under 1 minute to do so. All hiring logistics were perfectly explained by a chap named Alex, and answered any questions I had for him. Upon returning the van, Robyn was super polite and helpful. Even going as far as to explain the loyalty schemes and how to save money.

Got a rental for one day as my car was out for an MOT. Got a nice automatic Hybrid MG3 for just £28. Had to get zero fuel as I drove in city only. Booking and handover of the car was very efficient as was the hand back. Very professional staff and top notch facilities. Highly recommended.
