We hired a van at short notice due to a house move which was really stressful. Nicola, Dave and Nikki were amazing. Made us feel so comfortable and made the hiring of a van as simple as possible. They were so friendly which was so nice as you don’t always get that with people these days. Five stars would recommend anyone to use them

Following a booking with Nationwide that they took payment for (5 days in advance), and then cancelled with less than 24h notice and no alternative options, Nicky and Gill at Arrow Bradford worked tirelessly to find a replacement vehicle so that our plans could resume as planned. AND ARROW ARE SIGNIFICANTLY CHEAPERTHAN NATIONWIDE! Given this level of customer service, these colleagues deserve a very special mention. As for Nationwide, I've already lodged a complaint, but given the poor attitude to customer service and commitment, I don't anticipate a reply for them. Thank you Arrow Self Drive Bradford!

Really good school transport Bradford no issues with operator if issue. Drivers good and respectful. The cars clean in condition. Speed good I experience in vehicle. Really good.

Absolutely brilliant service despite a battered van. I'm not for one second complaining as the ladies that booked me and out were top class. Very friendly, very approachable and funny as well. I will and already have recommended you.

This is my nearest vehicle hire place but I never previously considered it. What can I say...brilliant service from Nicky a true customer service star...great range of very good clean new and newish vehicles...and you can hire for just one day at the weekend. How good is that! I paid for a swb and got a free upgrade to a lwb. And they come fully fuelled.
