Great customer service and choice of vehicles, i was upgraded from peugeot 5008 to a 2025 VW Multivan at no extra cost and it made my trip much more manageable and no doubt more comfortable!

Cannot recommend highly enough. Customer service is outstanding, all of the staff are so incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. Particularly Katie and (I think) Alex. They went above and beyond on multiple occasions to help us when we were in a difficult situation caused by another company. They did not have to do as much as they did to help given that it was not their fault or problem but the fact that they did relived so much stress for us. Truly a credit to the company.

We recently rented a 9-seater minibus from Enterprise in Hunslet, Leeds, for a family trip to Edinburgh and the Lake District—and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. We recently rented a 7 seater car from Enterprise Hunslet. We didn't have much idea around the best vehicle for the trip. Some key factors as driving experience in the UK, distance, luggage and kids travelling , had to be taken into account. We were recommended a very decent car. Mr Syed Haider, was our contact person from the team and he was exceptional in addressing our concerns and ensured a smooth experience. However there was a bit of connectivity issue with the GPS in the vehicle. During the handover of the vehicle, Syed heard our concerns and provided a discount for the GPS blip. He did understood some of the other issues in the car which unknowingly were there during the rental. This level of customer care is truly appreciated. Syed's responsiveness, knowledge, and courtesy were impressive. He was always available to answer our questions and provided thorough guidance throughout the rental period. We are very impressed with Enterprise's commitment to customer satisfaction and would highly recommend the Hunslet branch to others.
