Hired an intermediate SUV for our drive to Scotland from these guys. Had such a hassle free and pleasant experience with the vehicle handover. Can't recommend their service enough, hats off to Jack & his team ! Fulfilled my vehicle request to the point as well. Definitely looking forward to renting more from Enterprise in future.

It’s unfortunate that I’ve had to revise my previous rating but think it’s important ppl are aware of a scam to make more money from customers at this location. In my previous post I mentioned that I thought it was odd that unlike any other car hire garage you don’t get a ticket to exit after you’ve picked up your car but someone from enterprise has to let you out manually. As there was a queue of ppl behind me and not enough service reps to help you feel you need to exit the garage immediately. Once you do there seems to be a place to park right in front where you can take the time to adjust mirrors, use navigation etc. That’s where there is a camera that issues penalty notices for being stationary if only for a few mins. I didn’t see any signs and I am sure the enterprise staff are aware of this but they made no attempt to inform me. That’s why at best they are aware and are happy to send their customers to parking scam sharks or at worst they are part of it as they clip £35 admin fee on top of the £100 penalty notices. So buyer beware and avoid using enterprise (at least at this location)
The team here is extremely nice and thorough. They were efficient to work with.
