Excellent service received from everyone I liaised with at Enterprise Gelderd Road. Andy Wright explained everything clearly at the outset and ensured I was happy with both the rental car and the service received. I unfortunately didn't catch the name of the lovely lady that dealt with the return of the rental at short notice, again an absolute pleasure to deal with, and extremely efficient. Finally, the young man who came to collect the vehicle went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with the service received and as I had to return the rental a few days earlier than planned (not due to anything Enterprise did, but because of conflicting information received from my insurer), and I had an urgent journey to undertake the same day, he very kindly offered to arrange a further rental with Enterprise at a discounted price to help me out, however, I had already purchased temporary insurance cover on my husband's car for 24 hours a short while earlier. A wonderful team and overall experience. I would be happy to recommend this branch to anyone who needs a rental vehicle, and wouldn't hesitate to use them myself again. Thank you all!

My car broke down and I got it towed to a garage by the RAC. I got in touch with enterprise on Geldard road leeds 12, they collected me from my address, I hired a lovely car, really helpful staff and so easy to do, I asked I if could drop it off at another enterprise in holbeck so I could collect my car as it was nearer the garage. not a problem at all and they we kind enough to give me a lift to the garage to collect my car. 2 places same high standard of service in both , a great company and I would highly recommend , thanks for all your help. 5 star

Rented a medium van for for 24 hours for my daughter's house move August bank holiday week from Enterprise, Geldard Road, Leeds. We arrived 90 minutes early as travelling up from the Midlands, rang ahead to see if we could pick it up earlier, our van wasn't there, got upgraded to a long wheel base van. The staff were brilliant, very helpful from the phone calls during the week to check our booking and if we'd be okay driving a larger van as the one we'd hired was on its way back from London. Arrived at the depot, really friendly service. Would certainly use Enterprise again. Great value, had the deposit back within a few days. Thank you

Professional & courteous staff. Relaxed (and transparent) approach to damage. Insurance for collision damage excess nearly as good value as 3rd party (this was for van hire). Have used them several times previously and always had good experience. Would give 5 stars but prices seem on the high side (in common with all renters these days).

Service I received was top quality from initial phone call to dropping vehicle off. Delivery of car to my home address was swift. Hire car was top end. Whenever dealing with any member of staff they were polite and helpful so customer service could not have been any better
