We’ve had a hire car from this branch that was arranged by MG and we’ve had the car for 28 days with no issues. Every member of staff is extremely lovely and they go above and beyond. A special mention to Steve who's probably the nicest and most friendliest person i’ve ever met. Steve remembered me personally which is a lovely touch and shows he cares about his customers and their needs. Thank you again Steve for everything you have done! The customer service is amazing and they will make sure you are happy and never inconvenienced and if i ever need another hire car i would choose to come to these guys so i definitely recommend ☺️

I rented a van for the day via the company website. Steve was very helpful when I arrived and was happy to explain the process, answering any questions I had. The new electric Transit van supplied was very clean and easy to drive. Steve was also on hand when I returned the van, making the whole experience quick and easy.

Just want to say a massive thank you, especially to Naqash for his excellent approach and customer services. After having a bad experience with a different rental car company. I was put on to Thrifty and they were different class. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you again for outstanding service.

A fantastic branch with very helpful and polite staff, as a regular user I’ve always been provided with exactly what I need even at short notice. Jackie and Naqash are always there to help out with any queries and provide a first class service. All the drivers are always polite and engaging on drop off and collection making the process very smooth, again, first class. Thank you all.

Really good experience when visiting Thrifty car hire in Leeds. Even though I arrived early I was still booked in for my car and appreciated the excellent service by Emma and Jackie.
