Good customer service wasent waiting long quality stuff sold here
Disappointing experience unfortunately, after using these guys for over 4 years now. Arrived from Bradford (so a good 1hr return trip) to order oil and filters for my Ford as I like to use genuine parts, but they put my order through and told me there was actually no filters (this was on Thursday) so I was asked to come back tomorrow. I said I'd come back Saturday, so when I called before leaving - he said it's going to be Monday now - I said I'll come for the oil instead as I need it, but I'll get a filter elsewhere - this was at 9am, the guy on the phone was getting flustered like I couldn't turn up and pay money (like that's their job) and said 'Well we close in two hours' and I'm like I am half hour away - but because of his flustering, I just told him to forget it. He couldn't have been less interested if he tried... Customer service is your number 1 priority and this left a very sour taste - I am a Customer Support manager and I know how you should look after your customers. I won't be returning.
Excellent product knowledge and fair price. Happy to use again. Needed a timing kit for my ecoblue van and these guys had it all in stock.
