Aire Hand Car Wash

Ive had easy well over 150 washes from this place and i honestly cant fault it!! I've been coming here for 7+ years and honestly I can't complain. The Lady owner/manager is absolutely lovely and always gives you a nice smile ;D

Been coming here for years to the point of where the main guy used to ask where is been etc if he’d not seen me in a while and used to recommend to everyone. However now the service is so shoddy. Never used to be a problem getting in for an interior valet however now when they’re busy they’ve started turning people away for interior AFTER they’ve had the exterior cleaned. Meaning I have to go elsewhere for the to pay again for an interior and exterior clean. Not to mention my car was still covered in soap which has dropped all over my car and left it streaky. Absolute waste of time and money UPDATE AS I CANT LEAVE ANOTHER REVIEW:: gave this place another shot - managed to get in for an interior clean, the price has gone up AGAIN. Decided to not contact the number below to see how the service was now without it being bias. When I got out the man spoke to me like an actual idiot, was so sarcastic and looked at me like I was trash, started huffing and puffing as I didn’t realise the price had gone up again. Never seen this man working here before in my 8 years of visiting. Will be looking for another car wash shame as the lady does an excellent job

Came here for the first time this weekend. Really disappointed. Was not busy at all so that cannot be used as an excuse. Rims still had mud on them. Not dried properly so both side panels were covered in streaks. Hapless. First and last.

First and last time. Scratched my windscreen, scratched my driver’s side window, bonnet was still dirty and swirl/water marks all over the car. I normally clean my car myself but took a chance this time. Never again. If you care about the condition of your car, don’t bring it here.

I’ve used this car wash for the last 5 years of living in Leeds. A few weeks ago, I went and the result was amazing as always and £15! Today I’ve been, the car is still dirty. Where the door handles are, still dirty, wheel trims, dirty. My boot wasn’t even hoovered out and I was charged £18. Mind boggled. The inside of my car took way less time than it usually does and it’s just not clean. Disappointed really. On the plus side the staff are extra friendly.
