South Leeds Hand Car Wash

I would not recommend this place to anyone, my mum went here an hour ago to wash her car and the left multiple scratches on her panoramic roof glass. When she called, the person on the phone was extremely rude and accused my mum of causing it when it just happened leas than an hour ago. We will be seeking legal action against this company. This is a new car with a 25 plate that has been destroyed the first time she took it for a wash. If you have a new car, DO NOT GO HERE. Edit: reply to owner. This will be my final response to this message. It did happened here and my mother called this establishment immediate after the water dried from the roof which is when it was apparent. If it was a scratch from a door, one can understand, but a scratch at the car roof? it is very clear its from a abrasive manner of cleaning a new glass. If you have a car that you value, please AVOID this place. Otherwise, you will be gaslit by the establishment and told you are a liar. Certainly a lesson from us and we will advice everyone we know to avoid this place.

This place is cheaper than any other car wash in Leeds. All the workers are well behaved and good at work. This is very close to my house, so I don't need to go anywhere else but it is worth coming for those as well who live far.

Brought A brand new 25-plate car here and the experience was awful. The outside wash was far from good and the interior was rushed and careless. They sprayed chemicals everywhere without wiping properly. When I got back in the car there was a large, wet stain on the driver’s seat that definitely wasn’t there before. The residue was slippery, clearly from the chemicals they used. When I pointed it out, the staff denied it, claimed it was “just water,” and then started arguing with me instead of resolving the issue. They refused to clean it, so I had to take one of their rags and clean the seat myself. Extremely unprofessional and not a place I’d ever trust with my car again.

They did scratch my car door. They took 10£ take out the main one but I hv observed bunch of tiny chips on bonnet which were not there before and appeared after the wash which I'm sure caused by them while washing and drying
