I went today, Saturday 30/11/2025, to DHL point at Ryman Leeds; the service was amazing. I received all the information I needed, and the agents helped me understand the process. It was a very good customer service. Thank you very much. I am completely satisfied.

I have just been there this morning because I need to send important documents through DHL internationally. I am very happy with my experience. I was dreading this day as it was my first time and I did not have any idea how it is being done. The staffs were very approachable and helpful! The instructions are clear, the whole thing is straightforward and easy!
