I went today, Saturday 30/11/2025, to DHL point at Ryman Leeds; the service was amazing. I received all the information I needed, and the agents helped me understand the process. It was a very good customer service. Thank you very much. I am completely satisfied.
Great customer service from the guy working this morning couldn’t remember his name but he is very welcoming and pleasant
Right now the receiver of my goods I sent since 4th July he is having problem to collect it, sender Locksley Alexander, reciveer Allan Calliste. 2 unis street salazar Trace point Fortin Trinidad, why is that happening,

The manager, Nilesh was incredibly helpful, super-friendly and polite. Guided us old folks through a potentially tricky process and made us feel that our DHL package would be delivered efficiently. He and his lovely lady colleague were knowledgeable and a credit both to Rymans and DHL. Thank you for your great service!
