DHL Express Service Point (TGJones Leeds)

Heads up this location is having issue with their DHL system/device and thus not offering DHL services. Closest location is Merrion Center Ryman.

I didn't know that i have to accomplish and fill- out the form before sending a box but that good man at Ryman's at Merrion Centre accommodated and helped me out with it. I am very grateful.. that was a good experience. DHL @ WH Smith's Leeds City Centre is not in operation. No printer apparently.

DHL has a stand in the second floor. There were no signs leading to it so it took me a while wandering around the place until I found it. The stand has no person next to it so you need to do your homework before coming. I filled the forms online and got a barcode so I did not have to fill one manually. That saves you time when you go to pay. However, you can amend a few details like name or number but no major things like adding insurance on the spot. It is not suitable for big packages. A guy came with a big one and they did not accept that so make sure to read online on where you can drop off your big package. DHL did not mention that when they showed me nearby locations.

Good store, liked the offers and incredibly helpful staff hunted down the book I wanted.

Terrible DHL service POINT, I was there at 17:30 but the old lady says she can’t send it for me because she’s going home. Still half an hour to close...
