I’d been advised that my purchase was next day delivery. When it didn’t arrive I queried it by email. The item included alcohol so I assumed (wrongly) that they would require ID so I’d waited in. I got no apology just that it was scheduled for the day after. It didn’t arrive. I emailed again. I got no reply but thankfully it arrived the following day. Then I got a very dismissive email from them. Their Customer services have incredibly poor communication skills but the person who (eventually) delivered it was fine. He earned their single star as the rest deserve none.

Great experience with this company. I was out for first delivery attempt which I rearranged for following day. Telephoned 16:00 hrs to check if parcel was still going to be delivered and spoke to a very helpful polite customer service representative, she assured me parcel was out for delivery. Parcel arrived 5:50 that evening. Delivery driver polite and cheerful despite it being 6.00 pm, Friday night and pouring with rain. Thank you all concerned for fulfilling the delivery. DM

Used LPC to have a leaf blower collected from London and shipped back to their depot in Leeds, dealt with by the office staff who were very helpful . Parcel arrived next working as requested so I have a happy customer. First class all round .

Held my parcel (daughter’s birthday present) from 16th July and finally delivered on 22nd July. In that time I had to call twice to prompt delivery. Looking at the other reviews I’m not sure how they’re in business, presumably they are cheaper than their competitors because I’m afraid that the service is very poor. Avoid!

Breathtakingly incompetent, perishable parcel not delivered, went to collect from depot and got the impression that they were auditioning for Fawlty Towers, I was told that no attempt had been made to deliver, "because we have no drivers",!!! when I suggested that this was their problem the response was, "no it's yours!!!".
