MBE Leeds collected and shipped an auction lot for me. It was probably the best such experience I have had, as they were very fast at collecting the lot and shipping it promptly, with professional packing. They communicated in a friendly manner and kept me up-to-date on the process. I am very pleased, and would certainly use them again in the future.

Having requested a collection from a local auction house I was advised cost and timescale - both of which were acceptable. I had a deadline of when I needed to receive the small item (due to holiday) and the item arrived, expertly packaged a full day prior with an a.m. delivery slot. I bought a taxidermy owl, a a glass case from Tennant's Auctioneers. Leeds Mailbox picked it up from the auction house, assessed the situation and advised it would be better to pack the owl and glass case separately. They were carefully packed in tissue paper and bubble wrap before being sent to Scotland. Both parcels arrived safely. Communication during the job was first class, I was informed of progress at every stage. I would not hesitate to use MBLeeds again.

I bought a Lot at an Auction in Yorkshire and it was very delicate so I had real worries as to how it would be shipped to me . As it happens I need not have worried as the package arrived safely today as a lot of trouble had gone into the way the articles were protected i.e. it was quite beautifully packed -- and so I thank all the team at M B E Leeds for their care and attention .
