PACK & SEND Leeds North

Awful is an understatement i will attach pictures below, damaged my PC then refused to pay for the damage they caused! Blatantly denied doing any wrong doing, despite me offering videos pictures, countless evidence, emails phone calls now ignored. I would recommend doing some serious research about how this company operates. This Warranty they offer is nothing more then a stained piece of promises designed to fleece more money off you, i paid an extra £80 for this And they still refuse to pay me for over £600 of damage on a vital piece of work equipment i lost 2 full days of work because of this absolute incompetence. So £350 for the shipment plus £80 for a warranty without even a penny back for the damages caused just an empty sorry which will not get me my money back, shady company doing shady business.

Excellent service from Pack&Send Leeds. First international delivery of artwork from an exhibition held in Ilkley Manor House. All went very smoothly and the customer was delighted.

Arrived safe and sound. Leeds pack and Send got two big pictures (one on glass), safe and sound to my daughter in Sicily. Thank you Rob and team. My daughter was impressed with the packaging and took photos of the "huge",packaging. She also took photos of the glass smile picture and the blakey picture to show you how they arrived intact. She is very happy and so am I. * Note to other people sending to family in Italy, DHL email you forms to fill in. (Brexit complications), they were in Italian. Basically your recipient still get charged (€66 euros for both together), tax etc I emailed these forms to my daughter who completed them whilst asking details which we tried our best for. Her fiscal code and identity proof required and filled in forms. Each country has its ways I expect. But that's what to expect of italy. Excellent service. I will use again. Thank You! .

Pack & Send Leeds were awesome. I shipped a painting to Australia, and from the first point of contact and getting a quote to dropping the painting off, Johnnie was responsive and knowledgeable. The actual delivery was going to be too quick, so they held it for a few days to make sure it was delivered at the right time. Painting was wrapped professionally, and there was no damage. Would use again and highly recommend.
