Just quite simply the best dental practice. Great friendly staff, professional treatment all done efficiently and with care. Great value for money and worth travelling to for a better, more honest and reassuring experience.

I wanted to share that I’ve had a very pleasant experience at this dental practice. Everyone is warm and friendly, and my dentist Laura has been a delight to have my check ups with. She’s kind, whilst explaining everything thoroughly and giving good advice. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s considering registering, or is maybe a little bit nervous? I’m sure they’ll put you at ease.

Don't usually leave negative reviews but I changed my mind about going ahead for the appointment and they initially said that deposits are non refundable. As a customer I am within my right to received a refund for an appointment I am cancelling in advance. I found their policy for this unjust and unfair. For this reason I have chosen a different dentist.

Fantastic dentists i would highly recommend them, Ben made me feel at ease with every stage of my treatment. All staff were warm and friendly. Thank you for restoring my smile.

I recently enquired about joining Briggate Dental as a new private patient, moving from London to Leeds. My first interaction was with Kate from their Langdale branch, who sent me a prompt, friendly WhatsApp message explaining the process. She was warm, helpful and welcoming, and advised me to contact Briggate directly if I wished to join that branch. When I rang Briggate Dental in the afternoon, the difference was noticeable. My first call was answered with “Yep, hi” – no mention of the practice name, no personal introduction, and no check of who I was or why I was calling. I explained I wanted to register, and the only reply was “Yep, your signal is crackling.” I could hear fine but said I’d call back. Five minutes later, I rang again and got a simple “Hello,” again with no confirmation that I’d reached the right place. I continued to give my details, but there was no effort to engage, no interest in my circumstances, and no welcome. I asked about booking after 4:30pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays and was told it wasn’t possible. Later, I checked the website and saw they do offer later evening appointments on other days. It would have been helpful if someone had explained those options or asked if I was flexible. Kate was excellent and represented the practice brilliantly. Unfortunately, my experience with the Briggate reception staff (who never gave their names) felt rushed and indifferent. This first impression made me reconsider joining, despite the very positive things I’ve heard about the dentists themselves.
