I had my first teeth clean with Rachel and she was absolutely lovely. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat down and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which really put me at ease. She was gentle, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the whole appointment. I left feeling really well looked after and much more confident about future visits. I was seen by Rachel today for my scaling and polishing, and she was absolutely amazing. I used to dread going for a clean, but Rachel changed that completely. Used to be very anxious about the dentist but love coming here. Everyone is so friendly. Rachel is fantastic and always very friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend especially if you’re not a big dentist fan!

Rachel Bennett was such a lovely hygienist and taught me all about dental hygiene and how to self-care at home. My gum and teeth has got better every time I came to visit. Would highly recommend Rachel to anyone who’s nervous about dental appointments!

It now takes me over an hour to get to this clinic and there are many practices closer to my home but I wouldn’t switch from BUPA Leeds. The journey is well worth it to receive such high quality care from all of the staff. I think ‘care’ is absolutely the right word as every staff member takes the time to get to know you and goes the extra mile to make you comfortable. I have complete confidence in my dentist Teymour and my hygienist Rachel to always provide high quality treatment and advice. As a child I had some unpleasant experiences at the Dentist and felt anxious for many years but Teymour and Rachel always put me at ease and make it a positive experience. This approach extends to all members of staff including Debbie on reception who is so helpful and efficient and a lovely person to speak to. My children also come to the Practice and have had consistently positive experiences including Invisalign braces. Rachel was absolutely amazing with my daughter when she had some trouble with a baby tooth that was stuck. Rachel’s calm and nurturing manner were exactly what she needed to deal with it painlessly and positively in seconds.
