Update from 3rd visit - City Dental + Dr Hassan a gift that keeps giving 👏 😊 Exciting teeth adventures — an update....Lawyers can’t even secure a court listing in 7 weeks, so completing definitive dental treatment in that timeframe is genuinely impressive! Within just 7 weeks, a permanent bridge is successfully fitted. I am smiling my thanks Dr Hassan 😉😁 The planning, technical execution, and attention to detail throughout have been excellent. Dr Hassan is calm, methodical, and reassuring, and takes the time to explain treatment options clearly so you feel informed and confident at every stage that you are making the correct decision. There is never any pressure and he listens carefully to your views. I had my first-ever hygienist appointment today with Parvin, and I was genuinely very nervous beforehand. Parvin was calm, gentle, and reassuring throughout, and cleaned my teeth beautifully. She has a lovely manner that instantly puts you at ease, and her nurse was fantastic too 😊 What really stood out was that Parvin took extra time to explain how to clean my back teeth properly — something I would never have learned without this visit. That kind of care and attention makes such a difference, especially if you’re anxious. I would highly recommend City Dentist, Leeds, particularly if you’re nervous like me. Everyone takes real care to make you feel comfortable, and it’s the little extra touches like this that make a difference to choosing City Dental ✨️ ☺️ Update following my second visit: My gums have improved after just two appointments, and we’re now even considering Invisalign. I’m usually anxious at the dentist, yet Dr. Hassan somehow makes visits… fun — yes, fun! (I was pleasantly surprised too, anxiety almost gone 😅). Perhaps it’s credit to him being calm, thoughtful, straightforward, and having just the right touch of humour (a lifesaver in the chair 😅). I genuinely want to share my personal experience with this wonderful practice — Dr. Hassan is truly magical as a dentist ✨, and somehow makes the whole adventure of architecting the perfect smile feel exciting. I’ll be sharing my next update soon… can’t wait! 😊 My Journey Start + First Visit Review Lost a milk tooth as an adult—yes, sad but true! 🤭 I got an appointment at City Dentist Leeds within a day where I was treated by Dr Hassan (“The Magic Dentist” 💫), his assistant Salma, and the team. They were absolutely brilliant. 💫 Dr Hassan and Salma even staying an extra hour to provide the care I needed, all whilst ensuring that they didn't compromise on the correct procedures and protocols. They did not miss a thing! Dr Hassan fast-tracked a replacement for me, which I’ll receive in 3 working days, fixing my smile 😊. All dentists and specialists are technically brilliant, trained in advanced dentistry, and honestly— seem to have magician hands because they can carry out fairly technical procedures from periodontal work, to impressions, fillings, fixing splint, but you don’t feel a thing! I swear, and I'm anxious visiting the dentist. A standout from this practice to others is that here they are passionate about dentistry. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and enjoy treating patients. BONUS: Dr Hassan has a great sense of humour, which really helps if you’re anxious. 😀 Super central in Leeds city centre, just 5 minutes from my office. Offices are bright, really positive vibe, receptionists are always so helpful, and follow-up care is excellent. Highly recommend for expert care by Dentist who know what they are doing, do it well, but are still so approachable, and will answer all questions honestly.

I have done my braces with sundeep who was great but my I had teeth boning with Dr Ibah Ibrahim worst experience ever my I waste my money my time over I look horrible. He doesn't even say sorry The only thing he is there is to charge you extra money out of anything. My boning looks weird the colour the shape doesn't much.

A very quick and painless extraction of my wisdom tooth today. Hassan Moghul did a marvellous job. It made such a difference that he phoned me beforehand and then explained what was happening as we went along. He is confident in his skills and interested to listen to my needs. He is positive and enthusiastic. He relates very well. It really helps me to trust him which is such an important part if dentistry.

City Dental booked an appointment for me without my request or consent and stated I would be charged if I did not attend. I had not been a patient for around two years and did not ask for any appointment. I explicitly requested that the appointment be cancelled, yet it was not cancelled at the time of writing. Using a former patient’s personal details to create appointments without agreement, and then threatening fees, is unacceptable. Avoid this place!!

Had cosmetic work done with them once a year ago. Now I'm receiving text messages asking me to book a check up... I have check ups with my own dentist so I ignore them. Suddenly received a message saying they have booked me an appointment! I've made no appointment with them. I wont be wasting my time calling them to cancel either. They shouldn't be doing this.
