DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST! I would put no stars if I could, my wisdom tooth has cut into the side of my cheek, I have had this problem multiple times of the years and usually my normal dentist gives me some antibiotics and it clears up. This dentist said I don't clean my teeth and tried to charge me for a clean and then over £400 for an extraction! Said he couldn't prescribe me any antibiotics or pain relief. I paid £50 for consultation and left in the same pain as I walked in with....nothing changed and no help. Literally might as well thrown £50 in the bin. Absolutely useless.

be very careful when booking any treatment here, incredibly evasive when chasing information or refunds but more than happy to take as much as they can when it suits them ignore any unctuous persuasion, they will rob you blind. much better off seeking help at literally any other private practise inevitably there will be a reply saying "our fees are normal" or "we are sorry ..." or "we don't recognise your name" but this is all part of the subterfuge. The tv fish tank sums the place up: hollow and parsimonious. I had to stare at that fish tank for around 45 minutes the first time, another 45 the next. I was charged a £15 for cancelling an appointment after realising I had been taken advantage of and it took 2 months to receive a refund. There is also no itemised billing, which I'm pretty sure is a breach of the consumer act. Interestingly, this company has just been closed on companies house so I'm guessing the bad reviews are causing problems with business. Avoid, they are only interested in your money and not your dental health, something that will only become clear if you try elsewhere.

I wouldn't recommend using this dentist unless it was an absolute emergency and there was nowhere else to go. Once inside the service was okay but extremely expensive. £400 for a tooth extraction. You have to pay online to book an appointment which looks very sketchy. We chose to go check the place out before paying just incase. Its just a broken door with an intercom that no one ever answered. Called the number up to confirm it was still in business before paying anything and the woman on the phone just insisted I use the website to book. Dead on the appointment time nurse and dentist show up from nowhere in silence and open the door. Kind of felt like a massive inconvenience until they started with the dental work. Might have been a normal out of hours situation but it just felt uncomfortable all round. Website could do with being worked on especially being more clear about the general price of common issues not just show the consultation fee. At least you aren't in for a shock with no real option to pay then.

I came here with a very painful wisdom tooth infection. Because of the proximity of my tooth to the nerve, they couldn’t extract it the same day and arranged for an appointment the next day. Yes it’s expensive, but having had a different wisdom tooth extracted by the NHS in December, I’d say it was worth every penny. The dentist here was reassuring and patient, not abrupt and trying to rush me through to get to the next patient. They took the time to explain aftercare and answer any questions I had. Plus there was only a 24H wait, not a week. I went back for a check up this week and the dentist was great again. I would recommend this dentist to people who are nervous. This isn’t the cheapest private dentist I’ve seen, but the speed of getting in for appointments and the service is what you pay for. Having compared it to a few other private dentists after seeing the reviews, their prices really aren’t that much more than going anywhere else. I think people forget that private healthcare costs money.

Booked an appointment but it was a 3.5 hr round trip so I found somewhere closer to me. I tried numerous times and methods to cancel the appointment but got no answer whatsoever. I am trying to get a refund on my hard earned £50 that I paid but can’t get an answer by phone, online message or email. This is not good business practice and reflects badly on you.
