I am incredibly grateful for the service I received today. Yesterday, I visited an NHS dentist twice and unfortunately nothing was done to help me, nor was I referred to anyone who could resolve my issue. Later that same day, another tooth broke in half, so I called 111 again but this time I chose to come to Leeds City Dental Care, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, I felt looked after. The dentist was extremely helpful, caring, and professional. He addressed my tooth problem right away and even began the referral process to ensure I receive the ongoing treatment I need. His empathy and professionalism truly stood out. The clinic itself is very clean and aesthetically pleasing, which immediately puts you at ease. I couldn’t be happier with the care I received today, thank you to the whole team!

Always excellent dentalcare from the team here. Ruth and Demi who do my hygiene treatments are very professional, friendly and welcoming every time I visit. The team on the reception desk are also always welcoming and provide support with ensuring future appointments are booked when it's convenient for myself. I would highly recommend this practice.

Excellent experience as always with my dentist and dental nurses. Been attending this practice for many years now always see Andrew Croston who is an excellent dentist very friendly and makes you feel at ease. Dental nurses are friendly and very professional. Would recommend highly. Lovely hygienist Kerry too.

I am very satisfied with dentist Dr A. Croston. The treatment is always painless, and the doctor is very kind and polite. I always feel comfortable and I am happy to come back :)

So I first came to this dentist a few years ago, and iv had issues ever since and my teeth were filed without my permission and have been so rough and sharp, cutting my tongue and causing me to bleed. After returning to this dentist multiple times for them to fix it to be told I now ‘just need to live with it’! I have an appointment next month with another dentist which I now have to have composite bonding to fix the damage which I am gutted about, and also having to spend £1500 for the mistakes this dentist has left me in! Plus the filling they told me I needed which has also fallen out, Please do your research before you let anyone touch your teeth! all I came in for was to fix a minor chip on 1 tooth! Avoid at all cost! I now have gaps and my teeth are no longer straight at the bottom! The last dentist i saw at this place (which i had to pay for) I told her I didn’t want it shaving and she insisted it was the only way to fix it and made it even worse! Edit: in response to your reply, I had returned multiple times for this to be fixed which as stated I was told I had to ‘live with it’ and at my last appointment I specifically told the dentist not to shave my tooth anymore as that’s what they kept doing every time and it’s made worse! Now having an appointment next week at another dentist which I am having to pay £1500 to fix both the front teeth at the bottom with nano composite and also fix the filling that has already come off from another tooth from the top. After hearing from my new dentist that this damage is going to cost me this much money I felt it was appropriate to leave a review although it had been 5 years since the initial appointment and only 18 months since I last visiting where my teeth was shaved even more! I had also revisited multiple times before going to another dentist to have the filling replaced but the gap inbetween the teeth had already been created which has left me with the roughness and sharpness which is why my teeth are no longer straight and constantly cutting my tip of my tongue. Which you insisted needed to be shaved AGAIN at my last visit which just made it worse when I told you it needed to be rebuilt also from the back and creating a bigger gap will just make it worse!! I’m absolutely gutted and you’ve done nothing to help! I shouldn’t have to live with the mistakes this dentist has left me with and the photo evidence does speak for itself! I am going to take legal advice going forward as this just isn’t fair. You have my number on the system and my email if you feel it’s appropriate to contact me personally please do so. Otherwise I’m sure we will be in contact soon regardless! No one should have blood poring in their mouth the way I have for the past 5 years, and no I should not have to just ‘live with it’ you may be disappointed that iv left a negative review but the impact this has had on me mentally is even more disappointing. No accountability taken whatsoever
