The Tooth Spa

I visited The Tooth Spa on Potternewton Lane for the first time at the beginning of this year after developing a very serious infection, which led to needing a tooth removed. I was absolutely terrified, as I hadn’t been to a dentist in a long time due to fear, but the team here could not have been more welcoming. Adam, who treated me, was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. There was also a lovely lady in the room with me who was so sweet and reassuring, especially when she noticed how scared I was. The ladies at reception are a real treasure, always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. On my most recent visit, Gosia and China were especially kind. I also want to give extra appreciation to Majidha, She is truly a wonderful dental hygienist and is so friendly, warm, and professional. The Tooth Spa is very lucky to have her. Everyone I’ve met at The Tooth Spa has been amazing, and I’m sorry I can’t remember every name, my memory isn’t the best, but please know how much I appreciate all of you. I finally feel safe and comfortable going to the dentist again. I will never go anywhere else now. Thank you to all the staff, you truly make a difference. xxx

Superb service from start to finish. Excellent communication from the receptionist. Friendly warm and welcoming. The Dr who fixed my chipped molar tooth did an amazing job. Swiftly and professionally. Definitely knew what he was doing and what was best for the situation. He explained what he was going to do and why. Been here 3 years ago for a wisdom tooth issue and still a superb business . Professional throughout. I won’t go anywhere else for dental issues.

I had such a lovely experience at The Tooth Spa! Gosia on reception was absolutely wonderful, she helped me book the best appointment and made everything so easy. We even ended up chatting about hobbies and random things, and she made me feel so comfortable. I also want to mention Olivia, the hygienist. I had to reschedule my appointment and she, along with the rest of the team, was so kind, understanding, and helpful about it. Everyone was genuinely lovely and welcoming. Such a great experience from start to finish. highly recommend!! 😁

I’m currently having my braces treatment at The Tooth Spa with Dr Adam Moosa and a wonderful dental nurse, Anna, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received so far. As part of my treatment, I had to have four teeth removed (two top and two bottom). I was extremely anxious beforehand, as it was the most advanced dental procedure I’d ever had, but Dr. Moosa made the entire process unbelievably smooth and completely pain-free. I didn’t feel a thing! The aftercare advice was extensive and clear, and by following it carefully, everything healed perfectly. After that, I had my braces fitted and I’m now around three adjustments in. The progress is fantastic, and I feel genuinely confident that I’m in good hands. Dr Moosa is patient, reassuring, and very friendly. I also want to mention Anna, the dental nurse. She is incredibly professional, supportive, and kind. She helps create such a calm and welcoming atmosphere. My mum and I also had appointments with Majidha, the hygienist, and we were both very happy with the treatment and care we received. I can’t recommend The Tooth Spa, Dr Moosa, and Anna highly enough. They’ve completely changed how I feel about dental visits.

What a lovely team! On arrival I was warmly greeted by Grosia who instantly put me at ease. Then Shahid and Kiram took great care of me, I had to have a root canal procedure. Shahid explained this clearly and the options that I had without being pushy at all. The procedure itself was considerate and pain free. Visiting the Dentist is never something to look forward to but following my initial visit, it is not something a am dreading (for a change!). Thanks team for a pleasant experience. 😁
