i came here to have my implant changed and was treated with nothing but kindness the whole time. all staff (including doctors, nurses and reception staff) were exceptionally helpful and kept me calm and laughing. i’ll be back in 3 years!
The new system of booking is great, the receptionists are all really lovely and have been helpful whenever I've called. The doctors my family visited have always taken any concerns seriously
Very long waiting time's (six weeks for GP appointment) but the staff are spot on and the practice is very modern with some great resources
There taken my med off me even tho they helped and swapped them for a new med I didn’t ask for my mental health is the worst it has ever been I had a second appointment they still refused the meds that help Me, they want me to try the new ones they said I may feel worse before better why mess with someone’s meds if they helped, I can’t afford to feel Worse I have a baby to look after n children,
