It was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and kind. They were patient and provided great knowledge. I would like to commend them.brilliant doctors

The physician I saw was excellent—knowledgeable, attentive, and provided great care. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to the extremely poor customer service from the administrative staff. Communication was disorganized, and I felt that my concerns were dismissed or not handled professionally. It’s unfortunate that such a great doctor is supported by such an inefficient and unfriendly front office. I hope the management takes steps to improve the customer service experience.

The staff at this practice are some of the most patient, kind and honest people I've ever met. They're absolute angels who deal with some of the most challenging patients I think you could come across. After reading some of the other reviews here I felt the need to set the record straight. The staff here selflessly help many patients the rest of humanity has already given up on, and they do so with grace and compassion. They deserve the utmost respect and gratitude. I'm not a religious man but God bless these people!

I'm only giving 2stars because the surgery not reception staff are so inconsiderate recently 3rd time now I've had to take time off to wait for medication i need and for some reason it takes them 10 hours to sign and electronically send a prescription. They don't realise how that can mess with people's heads couldn't fault Emily( support worker) and certain reception staff(I don't know all to say) but why why do they keep letting it happen I start a complaint procedure and that gets forgotten or lost. Not this time I've lost a3days pay now absolute set of wet wipes leave people with there anxiety medicines not once but 3 times now seeking legal advice. Edited 20/11/24 the reception team couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery have to wait 2 days for e repeat prescription what's needed 2 bloody days and when ya call all ya get is erm this erm that it's not good enough. I wonder how many people it happens to and how often
