Cardigan Road Dry Cleaner

My second time with them but the are of no use. The lady doesn't know how to treat and speak to the customers. When I went for the first time she forgot that she had given you me discount and then started haggling in the end. On my second visit, my suit was ruined. I went to the place to get a stain removed and to get my suit dry cleaned fully. I came back with another three marks/ stain on my suit. The first stain was not removed either. I called to ask why had that happened and all I was told was there is no guarantee for stains to be removed. When I asked why I had got additional stains she had no idea and told me to pay her extra to get those stains removed? Why would I pay you to get the stains that you put on my suit?? No apology at all. Avoid them at all costs

I am over the moon with the service from here and would highly recommend! Brought my Nike puffer coat in which was flat (my brother accidentally washed it too hot). I knew it was a risk whether it could be revived or not but the lady did it and brought it back to life! I’ve already told my friends and family about this laundrette/dry cleaning service. You won’t be disappointed, coming here!

Is it reasonable for this place to be called a dry cleaner? 2-3 weeks for dry cleaning a 2 piece suit? Are you sourcing the chemicals and manufacturing them yourself? Do not go here for dry cleaners. Seems like they don’t have a clue!

Amazing tumble dryers. They dry the clothes so quickly.

I come around weekly to use the tumble dryer and some times full wash and dry. Easy to use, well priced and convenient for myself with no dryer/small washing machine. I have no complaints or problems with this place, it does what it says on the tin.
