Wonderful experience all round. Originally got him in for an electrical shower replacement. Very thorough and fastidious about cleaning up thoroughly after. He found a fault with our earthing spike (not sure it was ever properly installed tbh) so he's also completely redone the rcd panel and updated our EIC. Have already recommended to our neighbours and would certainly recommend to anyone else.
I rang illumin8 electrical after the pull cord for the shower stopped work. After sending photos to fez he advised what needed to be done and came the next day to complete the works. Not only did fez replace the pull cord he ensured the electrics were safety tested. I would recommend to anyone 👍
Fez came out on short notice this was an emergency call out. I had a problem with my socket outlet whilst using my hair straightener it tripped the whole electrics in my apartment. Fez is very efficient , reliable he kept me updated throughout the day of his eta. He is thorough with his work doesn’t leave any stone unturned to giving you his service and providing you with his piece of mind. Most importantly he explained all technical jargon in plain and clear english to me so it was easy for the consumer a novice like myself. Fasal and colleagues did a complete rewire of my home. He listened to my requirements, accommodating for a future ev charging install, smart switches, lighting in all rooms, placement of sockets, switches, floodlights outside, outdoor sockets, poe cameras and smart doorbells. As well as lighting the loft and outbuildings, along with more sockets and data runs. The work was neat and completed to a high standard.
Fez recently did some electrical work at The fisherman’s wife in Leeds market and we couldn't be more satisfied with his service. I was extremely impressed with how clean and efficient he was, the workspace was left absolutely spotless and the job was finished well within the timeframe estimated. I would definitely recommend his services and will be using again. Thanks Fez and team
