JLL Leeds Real Estate

I recently moved into an apartment that is managed by JLL, which meant I dealt a lot with the Leeds office. It was an absolute pleasure! From beginning to end, everyone I dealt with was polite and professional, but still very personable. Everyone was incredibly friendly, but also made sure all of my questions were answered, and that everything ‘businessy’ was taken care of quickly and completely. Everything was very thorough, but never felt complicated; a very seamless and painless experience. I know that estate/letting agents get a bad rap a lot of the time, but working with JLL Leeds was a complete breath of fresh air, mainly due to the staff. Everyone was fantastic. My entire experience of JLL has been great, and I will probably always try to get places through them where possible.

I had been looking for a property for around 6 months and viewed a number of properties and dealt with various estate agents. I found the majority to be extremely unhelpful and in one viewing it was comical how little the agent knew about the property and couldn't answer a single basic question. My experience with JLL has been fantastic and it's no surprise I found the perfect property through them, Joseph the agent who showed me around (twice) went above and beyond, he knew every answer to my questions and helped me measure the flat. The second contact I had there, Sharan, again was brilliant. I was always called back when promised, she helped me with things that wasn't necessarily anything to with the estate agents and once the sale had gone through, the after care has been amazing. Highly recommend if you are looking to buy or sell a property.

I've been using JLL for the last 5 years either buying, renting out and selling my property. The entire team always responsive, professional and helpful. Especially Sharan who always goes the extra mile to keep me informed and updated in a timely manner. Even after the business was completed they still assisted me with details I needed when asked, which is more than I can say about other property related business's I've dealt with.

JLL are def the best agent in Leeds :) I have worked with them for many years and the service they provide is amazing. I worked very closely with Nina Barker who was a pleasure to work with and I only wish there were more Nina's in the world. Keep up the good work Nina and the team :)

We sold our property through JLL in 2015. They were knowledgeable, professional and helpful but more importantly friendly - a really great team of people to work with. They made the whole process easy and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
