Savills Leeds Estate Agents

Savills are the estate managers for Velocity Point in Leeds and have as yet been unable to fix a major problem with the front door on the unit we let 5 months ago, and the problem predates our occupation! Extremely poor service which I have never experienced from any company ever.

As a landlord who uses letting agencies this firm sensibly appears to be very professional but its problem is that it lacks the personal touch. A good letting agent needs to have close contact with the tenants and the landlord to ensure that both get a good deal. It also helps to have an agent that does not have such huge office and staff to support which means that a lot of their commission goes into covering these overheads rather than on providing a service. My experience of Savills has not been good and I would suggest using a smaller locally-owned agent

Simon Lister needs to learn his place, learn when to leave members of the public alone and focus on your work. You do not control people photographers or videographers when they are exercising their rights to partake in a legal activity. Shocking from a Director to behave in this way!

A fantastic firm to deal with on land transactions. There are some 1-star reviews regarding Estate Agency. Savills Leeds do not sell houses.

Well what can I say they breach GDPR openly and often,not to mention on how rude and unprofessional they are as a company allowing there staff to openly bully members of the public and tenants, I would not do business with this company if they were the only agent out there, I'd rather buy a camper van or a tent or actually sleep rough I had to give a 1star to even leave a review they don't even deserve a 1 star...............
