I’ve been with The Agency for several years managing two flats in Leeds and they’ve been consistently excellent. They’re fair and even-handed with both landlord and tenant, have no mark-up on repairs and maintenance, and handled a prolonged 18-month renovation period while keeping the properties let throughout. Having used several letting agents in the past, I’ve often been let down by inexperienced staff and high turnover, but The Agency has been attentive and reliable from the start and remains so today. As I live some distance away, trust was essential, and they’ve handled every aspect of the lettings professionally and without issue. Highly recommended.

I’ve been a tenant with The Agency in Leeds for a while now and am currently renting my second property with them - I honestly couldn’t be happier!
