The whole process from viewing to renting was smooth and straightforward, and the team genuinely went above and beyond to get everything sorted. I was on a tight timeline, yet they still managed to get me moved in within a week, which I really appreciated. Like with any move, there were a few issues along the way, but the team handled everything professionally and kept me updated throughout. Massive kudos to the whole team for their patience, responsiveness, and persistence. I’m terrible with names so can’t list everyone individually, but every person I dealt with was helpful and supportive. What really stood out is how personal the experience felt. As a small independent business, they make you feel like an actual person rather than just another number like with larger letting companies. Overall a very positive experience and I’d happily recommend them.

I recently ended my tenancy at 8th Dec and dealt with Matt Kendrick and Aleksandra Gerasimovic from Zenko Properties. The whole move-out process was incredibly smooth and efficient! Matt and Alex was very responsive – they replied quickly to all my queries and handled all the administrative matters super fast. After I handed back the keys, the checkout inspection and all procedures were completed the very next day. I didn’t have to wait a full week like with some other agents; within just a few days, I received my full deposit back in its entirety, with no deductions needed.
