Arrived mid afternoon on Sunday. 4/8 chargers not functioning. Cars waiting but no queue apparent - rather chaotic to say the least. Also some cars parked on showroom side taking power cables and leaving misleading empty charging bay. Despite obvious poor capacity and published wait of more than 20 minutes non Tesla cars were hooked up. Previous experience had been good. Other chargers in surrounding area all full or just one space. Please increase capacity in and around Leeds. (?at Spings shopping centre).
Pulled up to find plenty more chargers than shown on the map, which was a pleasant surprise. Managed to get a spot straight away and the charging was quick and efficient. Also benefited from the lower evening rate, which made it even better!
Fast and reasonably priced for non-Teslas. Charging was easy and payment straightforward on my Tesla app. If only all chargers were this easy.
They charged extra while charging. The 100% turn to 80% limit got notification after 1hr You never know how and why the expect network delivery is fast. But they charge you regardless the changes. I feel like im robbed every time I charge
I keep getting charge extra then the amount e.g I charged two days ago £18 pound tesler charged on my bank account £11 then £1.99 again what's going on is it app fault I've not stright after charging I disconnected I don't know why its doing this its been doing it for quite long time there is no number to call as well
