During a difficult and complex time Paul and his team were supportive and attentive to all our needs and questions. Paul was able to tailor his services to meet our requirements and resources. He was also able to recommend other partners like a florist and the celebrant who were also excellent.
Paul and his team were wonderful taking care of my late father. Being a very small family there was alot for mum and myself to sort out. Paul explained everything to us and took care of all our wishes with respect, compassion and patience, especially with the parts we were undecisive on. Everything they organised with the funeral i cannot fault. Thank you again to Paul and the team for making a very sad time just that little bit easier.
Carroll & Carroll does not run its business for money, they do it because they really do care for the bereaved family and want to help ensure the best send off for their loved one. On top of that, one thing stood out the most for me was how they treated my late father with so much respect. I want to thank Paul and his team for their professional service and more importantly their ability to adapt to different cultures and my family’s wishes. They provided us with proper guidance on what needed to be done, and pointed us towards the right direction for what can be difficult decisions to make. We had the most beautiful send off we could possibly wish for my late father and I have to thank Paul and his team for that.
