I recently bought a funeral plan, Emma the funeral arranger was excellent, very polite and covered every aspect well,all our questions were answered couldn't have asked for better service.Thankyou

My father had a prepaid funeral plan with the co-op which meant on his passing I just had to contact them and they took control and planned and organised everything from that point on. Every interaction was handled with great grace and dignity and any concerns or clarifications were dealt with immediately. On the day of my father's funeral I couldn't have asked for anything better, they had already talked me through what would happen and the execution was faultless. At a time where we were still grieving they were always available to ensure any wishes were fully addressed. It was a solemn occasion but handled with great decorum for which I am very grateful

Really regret that the decision was made to go with this company was the worst service, we asked for a few things like finger prints and a lock of hair, the finger prints where atrocious like something off of a horror movie just smudges on a dirty piece of paper. They never took the lock of hair after asking them numerous times for them to do this, it was for my little brother as he was only 11 when he lost his mum, after the funeral we asked for the items and they gave the horrific fingerprints and told us my mum had just been cremated with out the lock of hair devastated!

Looked after my son for just short of a month and myself too lovely people who I will never forget and William for been a big part of my son's funeral hold a special place in my heart ❤️
