Luke and his colleagues dealt with the funeral arrangements when our dad unexpectedly passed away recently. Everything about their service was exemplary - Luke was pleasant, professional and courteous and made sure everything happened seamlessly - I didn’t have to chase anything up as I was kept up to date and contacted regularly. I can’t rate them highly enough for guiding us through a stressful and sad time. Thank you from all the family
Many thanks to Michelle and her team for dealing with mums funeral (Shirley Shaw) on the 10th of November, from start to finish her professional manner was amazing, nothing was too much bother even when i couldn't upload the photos, Michelle was there to make it right, everything was just perfect, thank you so much Michelle and her team for making our day special mum would be so grateful xx thanks for everything xx
I can't thank them enough for the way they handled my neice's funeral. They were kind and accommodating, and they handled her with care I have rarely seen in the living. I would recommend them to anyone they also have prices that are affordable and have a way to pay for you funeral over time as a payment plan so everything can be paid before it your time to pass on. Lastly, don't he afraid to ask questions they will answer them as best they can
Absolutely superb service from start to finish. My mum recently passed & she prepaid her funeral 10 years ago through Dignity. David couldn't have been more professional, friendly & courteous in such sad times. Nothing was too much trouble & the service was beautiful. Thank you for everything you done, it was a truly wonderful send off for a wonderful mum.
Our family used Tates for my brothers funeral and the service we received was second to none. Richard was an absolute star and made such a distressing time that little bit easier on us all. Him and the rest of the team just handled everything with empathy, compassion and professionalism from start to finish. I would and have recommended to other families
