Excellent level of care for us as a family on the day of the funeral itself. We were very clear about what to expect because this had been covered in a hood level of detail for us. Nothing was any trouble and all our wishes and requirements were met. Staff were respectful, professional, caring and polite. We can't praise them enough. We have had two in-house funerals with these lovely people. On both occasions they have been professional, yet warm and friendly, making the whole funeral arrangements from start to finish, something so special and unique to us. Their support, kindness, understanding and professionalism has been second to none. They have met our needs completely, allowing us to conduct our last goodbyes in such a lovely space, (their own in-house chapel), and afterwards have much needed refreshment and chats and sharing together in our sad time, in their own in-house tea room.
