Hassle free. Reliable, trustworthy, and honest. We had a burst hose on our breaks, which was leaking fluid, and we needed new pads. Called these guys up, and they were very efficient with the repair, which was done on our driveway. Nobody was around, so we left the keys in a safe place for the mechanic to do the repairs. Repair done to the highest standard. Key posted back through the letter box. Videos of the fault and repair was sent across. Honestly, couldn't ask for a better service. Just had the 'wet belt' replaced by Chris and Ben. From the moment I spoke to Chris on the phone about doing this job, I knew he [and Ben] was the right bloke to take it on. It's a huge task: I have a 2014 Ford Focus 1.0 Ecoboost which has the ridiculous 'wet belt' that runs through the sump in the engine oil. If I'd known all this when I first looked at the car, I wouldn't have bought it! It, supposedly, makes the engine more fuel efficient but Ford have recently reduced the recommended life of the belt to 100,000 miles or 10 years of running [whichever comes earlier] from the previous 150,000 miles. The wet belt in my Focus was disintegrating and clogging up the oil pickup in the sump - this would eventually have starved the engine of oil and possibly knackered it completely. If you have a Ford Ecoboost engine with a fair few miles don't wait - get it changed by Chris and keep up to regular oil changes with the right oil: they are a huge issue.
