Recovered, stripped, replaced, refitted, even took my car for valeting, arranged and took for electrical issue fixing. All in under a week before our holiday, literally above and beyond service and kept upto date throughout! My car is in better condition now than when I bought it. Cannot thank you enough, so much hard work time and effort I'm so so appreciative ❤️ will not be using anyone else from now on, you've been incredible thank you

Needed a window regulator for my car in July. Was told. If I found one. They would fit it. Don't understand why they couldn't supply it. Anyway, I bought one and they fitted it. All ok. For a few weeks. Then problems started. When the window was open a few inches it was rattling in the track. Put up with it for over a month. Then, window running slow as if binding. Eventually, it faulted completely. When you lowered it part way it stopped. When you tried to close it. It went all the way down. Only remote foll closure would bring it back up. Phoned them today. We're totally negative.nothing to do with what they had done. Rubbish. Asked them to book it in. Reluctantly they agreed. Then before I had finished the conversation. They slammed the phone down. Never even got an invoice for the work they carried out. Avoid. Management unprofessional. Attitude totally wrong. Couldn't care less. Never use again Thanks for your negative response. So people. I took the car to a proper garage..£65. The window had come out of its track. Badly fitted. Oh, you don't guarantee customer bought parts. WELL. YOU Wouldn't supply it. And. The part is correct. Fitting was rubbish. All sorted now. Won't mention the garage that sorted it for me. 🤔. But they were brilliant. Sorted everything. 🤣 Even gave me an invoice. Which these cowboys never did. Basically. Poor service. Wouldn't supply the part. Then when it goes wrong. It's the part I bought.. Maybe you would like to refund the £120 you charged me. For fitting it. Incorrectly. I guess not.

First time at this garage, really friendly staff with great service on my car. It’s hard to find these sorts of places where the staff actually listen to your issue and do something beneficial rather than eat into your money without helping. Definitely will be back and recommending to friends.

Used AMS solutions a number of times now and always been highly satisfied with work done on both my wife's car as well as my own. Their prices are competitive and they always take trouble to explain work carried out and if possible show the damaged components. They are all friendly and pleasant. Highly recommended!

This is my second MOT with AMS now and I’m a very happy customer. I came to them last year after finding out there was an electric fault in my car that no other garage around me was willing to take on. AMS agreed to have a look and managed to provide a hard wired fix that saved me a lot of money. This year they’ve again provided very reasonable quote for the repair required for my MOT and finished the work within the day. They’ve been great with providing amazing-value service for my 20-year-old car and I know I’m coming back to them again for the MOT next year, or if my car needs any repairs in the future.
