Tony is a top guy with a great team. He’s never stood still and constantly multitasking. I’ve never had an issue with any of my visits and would highly recommend to anyone.
What a great find! Tony did a brilliant job of identifying the problem with my faulty indicator light and resolving it, all in just 10 minutes while I waited. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly. Great too that he is supporting the younger generation by taking on Joseph on a placement for a while and sharing his experience and knowledge with him.
Brilliant service and customer care today. It has been a long time since I have received such great customer service. I highly recommend you give them a try. Any parts, repairs or advice needed on my car in the future I will definitely go to Yorkshire Car Parts.
I bought a DPF sensor on Thursday and asked the seller if it really fit my car , since it didn’t have an OEM number on it,while I knew my OEM number and I wasn’t sure it is a correct part. He told me to bring it back if it didn’t fit. I took it to the mechanic, and it turned out to be the wrong part. When I returned it to the shop with the receipt, he refused to give me a refund. He told me that I should not open the package, so how should I check the part without test it?!Most of the DPF sensors have same shape , but it should be the correct one . LOOK at his response and you can imagine how rude he is …. So, be careful with this seller. So rude and unfair seller.
Most affordable and place to get your car genuine parts, Tony and the team are so lovely, welcoming and makes the place home, it is always worth it driving miles to patronise them.
