I found the atmosphere too intimidating so I got scared and left before I was able to book anything. I tried to bring a friend to talk to the employees on my behalf, but even then everything was so rowdy and just too much, I couldn't even be in there with them doing it for me. I just ran out and decided to find somewhere else that was more lowkey. No idea if there'd actually good, they very well might be good, but this shop was too scary for me. If you have social anxiety or aren't *really* into alt culture, this might not be the best environment to relax and feel comfortable approaching employees. Seriously considering just cutting my hair at home. Don't give one star BC this isn't all their fault nessassarily, and it shouldn't allow me to decline to give a star rating and leave a review by itself.

Cancelled my appointment twice in a row with no communication as to why. The second time I had to actually go in before I was told the stylist wasn't in that day. Unprofessional.

Pin has cut my hair for years now. She is a brilliant hairdresser who understands my hair and cuts it in the ways I love, listening to what I want. More than that, she is an incredibly generous person When I was going through a hard time recently, she provided a good ear and care way beyond what might be expected from a customer/service provider. Highly recommended.

Oh yes, I am very happy I found this place. From the man who booked my appointment, right to the day, the amazing hair dresser (Pin) cut my hair. I said what I wanted, and I got what I wanted. Had a great time and conversation. It is a really cool place. I am looking forward to my next appointment. You can walk in or book on bookys with ease.

I hate having my hair cut and I usually find the whole experience excruciating haha. However, Paul always makes me feel at ease and we have a great chat, plus he listens to what I want and doesn't ever cut too much off. Always feel good about my hair after going to Outlaws. Really recommend :)
