I got a haircut from Sam. Honestly she was amazing❣️. She also styled my hair for my graduation and it looks perfect for the whole day. It was a wonderful experience from the team and she also suggested me some curly hair care tips and tricks. I will definitely recommend Toni and guy to everyone. Thank you❣️

This was my first experience, and I wasn’t disappointed with the company’s service or the customer support team, who worked with me to identify which cut would suit me. Mark was extremely helpful and talented in his work, and he clearly demonstrated why he’s been committed to this profession. I’ll be happy to return to touch up my hair again with Mark.

I had a lovely experience here the staff were supper attentive. And made me feel welcomed and understood when I was asking question. They listen to my request and talked though what I wanted and gave the input. They were happy to alter the fringe and face framing after trying it a little longer. All in all a wonderful experience and cannot wait to go back.

After coming to Leeds for a mini break and forgetting my hairdryer and straighteners I thought I’d treat myself to a blow dry. Unfortunately I was really unhappy with my hair. I had a wash and blow dry and asked for a bouncy blow. While I know I have extensions and this probably wouldn’t of been as “bouncy” or with great volume I still didn’t expect my hair to be curled with straighteners especially with product on my hair as this is was really badly pulling on my extensions. And because of the product on my hair it didn’t allow the straighter to glide through the hair and so was left with straightner marks through my curls, as they where getting stuck through my hair as it was trying to be curled. I didn’t have the heart to say how unhappy I was as the stylist was quite helpful in helping me with places to go for the evening, although I felt he was quite rude and bossy to the young girl helping him too, and this made me quite uncomfortable. The back was straight in some places with really bad curls here and there, with straighter marks all over. I had to buy a curler on top of paying £49 to sort it out. I feel as though curlers should have been used to curl my hair as this wouldn’t have pulled as much, and I would’ve had actual curls. Or even just having an actual blow dry would have been less harsh on my scalp, as it really pulled on them. Overall I really didn’t like my hair it didn’t look like i wanted it too and I did a better job with the £18 curlers I bought. I’m so sorry to say and I hate to complain but I really feel like this feedback is necessary. I would of come back and asked for my money back but I didn’t feel comfortable doing so.
