I wanted to personally thank Mr Panas Symeonides for his kind, caring, and reassuring approach. Before my appointment in July, I was quite apprehensive about my situation. However, from the moment Mr Symeonides saw me in clinic, his thorough examination and clear discussion put me at ease. Surgery was recommended after it became clear that all other treatments had been unsuccessful, which gave me confidence in the plan moving forward. Shortly after, I was contacted by Mr Symeonides PA, Katie, who impressed me with her first-class interpersonal skills. Katie was warm and understanding when discussing my surgery date and went out of her way to accommodate me following a cancellation, which meant I was offered the opportunity to be booked in within weeks. Her friendly manner and attention to detail made the process much less stressful and gave me great reassurance during a difficult time. While we often hear about challenges within the NHS, my experience demonstrates what an incredible public service it truly is. The most important factor is undoubtedly the people, and both Mr Symeonides and Katie are exemplary role models. Their professionalism and compassion made a significant difference to my journey, and I am sincerely grateful for their support. Please feel free to share my thanks with the wider team. Thank you again for making a difficult time much easier.

My husband was referred from Harrogate to Leeds to be seen in Oral Medicine by MCobine-Davies. He was treated with outstanding treatment and care, but not only that this Professor went beyond that for us. Communication was difficult as we were out of the area but this didn’t prevent her from making sure letters ect were received. So she personally dealt with the admin and posted letters personally!!! I have worked in the NHS for 40 years and Drs normally delete jobs but not this Professor. Thank you so much for your excellent service and treatment.

I had such a lovely experience at the delivery suite, thanks to the amazing midwives Sophie and Mia. Sophie was the one who showed me around the delivery suite and clearly explained all the procedures on the day she was so calm, kind and reassuring, which really helped me feel at ease. Mia looked after me during labour itself and was absolutely brilliant — patient, attentive and genuinely caring throughout. The only downside was a slightly uncomfortable interaction I witnessed between two staff members on the maternity ward afterwards — it felt tense and unprofessional at times, which wasn’t ideal in a setting that’s meant to feel calm and supportive. Other than that, I’m so grateful for the excellent care and support from the delivery suite team. Sophie and Mia were outstanding and really made the experience positive overall.
