I had the worst hospital experience of my life when I visited the hospital for a routine X-ray of my hand advised. Never in my life have I ever seen a healthcare system that is as inefficient and as slow as this. Where I come from hospitals have a daily footfall in thousands and investigations are run speedily and efficiently while here it took me 8 hours just to get my turn to have a simple xray advised. It is like the healthcare system has no value for people's time and money. Plus there is no mechanism to estimate the wait time till one's turn comes. No one tells you how long he wait will be. There is no timer running that shows when the person's time slot/appointment would happen. Routine investigations should be advised in a pre scheduled time slot with the doctor where no other patient is in wait. I feel like my health insurance fees are a total waste as I cant utilise it for fear of long queues and wait time. The system of healthcare in uk needs serious revamping to save people's valuable time.

On word L28 The majority of the staff were marvellous and certainly score 5 stars. The score is lower due to the nurse called Beth this afternoon 07/10/25.she's very rude and very unprofessional to the patients and visitors I have heard some other patients Complaining.

Was assaulted in town by a druggie two others were there! The staff were friendly and the Doctor who gave me the stitches in my lips was really good! I was lucky not to be waiting around for ages unlike St James Hospital!
