St James's University Hospital

On Monday of this week, I had to attend the Emergency Eye Clinic. I was so impressed by how sensitively and swiftly I was dealt with. When I arrived, I was greeted well and from that point onwards, I progressed through various stages seamlessly. As soon as the consultants saw how urgent the treatment was, I felt 100% confident in the resolution. The purpose of this post is only to say a big THANK YOU to everyone at the Clinic.

Visited A&E with my 22 year old son, who was having ongoing chest pain. Straight in, ECG, BLOODS, XRAY, Excellent junior Doctor, even a Tea lady with a trolley ! Overall, excellent service from the medical staff. Main reception woman was obnoxious and so was the X-ray receptionist, but I’m Assuming they get the brunt of it. We live in Surrey and were visiting relatives, much better service than down south. Huge hospital and a&e. Probably there about 3 hours, then main wait was for bloods which is completely understandable.

St James's University Hospital provides excellent healthcare services with a dedicated and highly professional medical team. The doctors and staff are caring, attentive, and take time to explain everything clearly, which helps patients feel reassured and well supported. The hospital is well-organized, clean, and efficiently managed despite being very busy. I am very satisfied with the level of care and professionalism and would highly recommend St James's University Hospital to anyone in need of reliable and high-quality medical treatment.

Visited A&E after my wife had had a fall, leading to a fractured arm. Perhaps we were lucky with our timing but from parking up to driving out took just 90 minutes. The staff were thorough and helpful. In particular Farrah and Umara were fantastic.

Outstanding medical care and incredible compassion. From admission to discharge, every staff member - from doctors to nurses - was professional, kind, and truly caring. They took time to explain everything clearly and made me feel safe during a stressful time. The facility was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend this hospital for their exceptional patient care.
