Please don't buy from this company and if you're buying read the small print as they put some condition it is like impossible to get anything if you make a claim. I had a travel insurance I there was some problems with. My flights when I make the claim they asked did you read the small .they put some condition it is almost impossible to get any think from them.
The time it takes to speak to an advisor is completely unacceptable having spent over 6 hours on hold waiting to speak to anyone WITH A MINIMUM WAIT OF 30 MINUTES EACH TIME OFTEN AN HOUR!!! Claim still not sorted now into the forth month after the accident and still no further along!! Happy enough to take your payments but do their best it would seem to make claiming as stressful and difficult as possible. Absolutely atrocious would not recommend to anyone
Axa are the worst insurer Ive ever had, and since they where the first that quite an achievement. They will lie and cheat to take your money. They will scrap your car at your cost. Their help desks are less than helpful. I got more information of the guys who they sent my car to be scraped by then them. Avoid like the plug rats they are. Because thats what they are. The micro organisms that infest the fleas that live on the backs of rats
Very poor, they won't provide courtesy car at all with copart sneaky way . Avoid at all costs
After a no fault accident 18 months ago still not sorted to my satisfaction. I'm chasing them ,they agree to get it sorted -- Nothing!
