Half an hour later, first phone call whilst out walking the dogs, said I was busy and that I hadn't consented to phone calls. Throughout the day, more phone calls which I ignored, resulting in me blocking the number at 18:00 last night. This morning, phone call from a mobile number.... quel surprise it was these guys again. I stated that I had blocked their landline for a reason, request that I receive no further calls from them, and that I had only consented to email communication. The guy on the other end continued to try to sell so I hung up. If you don't want to be pestered by these guys, look elsewhere.

I requested the removal of my data from LifeSearch in March 2025 and have since experienced a complete lack of cooperation. They have failed to provide proof of my consent for the 'advice' they claim to have given, and they have not supplied me with their data retention policy, despite repeated requests. Their communication has been poor, and they have disregarded my explicit request for no further contact. I am now forced to escalate this matter to the ICO and consider contacting the FCA. I strongly advise anyone concerned about their data privacy to avoid this company.

Had a phone call from this company while at work from a mobile phone number regarding my Compare The Market quote. I didn’t realise Compare The Market shares my data for companies to ring me up at a later time. I opted out of all contact when getting the quote. The gentlemen I spoke to I found to be slightly unprofessional. I said to take me off their system as I was not going ahead with any quotes at that moment in time. Update: had another phone call from this company despite me telling them on the first phone call to take me off their system. The gentlemen I spoke to this time was professional and notified me that I would be taken off their system.

Got a phone call from a mobile number whilst at work. Lifesearch are apparently partners with moneysupermarket and got my details because I requested an insurance quote online. I explained I was at work and couldn't take a sales call, I had to politely repeat this three times as advisor was so persistent and quite abrupt. When he finally relented, I asked him not to call me again. I later rang the company to speak to a manager so that I could get my details cleared off their system, was promised a call back within a few minutes. 2 hours later...no call! Shoddy set up and unprofessional. Will take this up with moneysupermarket too, customers should not be harassed like this.
